Remember WHY you started. Sometimes you just need a little boost to get you over a hump. There’s a bigger reason why you got started down this endeavor. Call that forward into your mind and it may be just the boost you need to pass that hurdle
Take a break. This may sound counter-intuitive, but if you’ve really been focusing and taking action steps to get to your goal, you could be experiencing burn out. If you have burn out, you’re not going to have the mental capacity to continue forward in a productive way. Allow yourself to re-charge, re-group and get yourself back into alignment. When you come back, you will be able to easily conquer what was previously difficult.
Make it fun! It’s something that you want to accomplish, why has it turned into “work”? Add in a little fun again. When you got started on this, you were excited and effortlessly worked towards it. And now that enthusiasm has fizzled. Make it fun again!
